Aquariums: What are these small hitchhikers that came with my Nerite Snails?

Hi,

Can anyone identify the small whitish speck scooting on my glass mid screen? I added 2 new Nerite Snails to my cycled, planted tank. What came with? No other livestock in the tank and these were not there before… Babies??
