This shows when we got her compared to now. She is sick and is staying at the bottom of the tank while being inactive. I have bought aquarium salt and trying my best to diagnose this so I can help her before it’s too late. Any suggestions on what should be done and if this is normal color change or can I expect the worse?

10 gal tank.
Heat and filter.
Heater auto set.
Not sure how to test water.
Had the tank for 6 months fish for 4 months.
4 tank mates.
I have pellets and dried blood worms.
Decorations are plastic plants.
I dont think thats normal.
I’d try going on a google and chat gpt wormhole googling this level of extreme color change and lethargy. see what potential illnesses it could be.
in the meantime try kanaplex since that will help a good amount of bacterial/fungal issues
