I’ve been using worms every time I can but for a couple of months I haven’t been able to catch anything with them lately I’ve been catching fish mostly bass with plastic lures and that’s awesome but I also want to catch panfish with worm and bobber cause is so fun too
( also in the video a great display of my poor articulation of my english )

That bobber is way too close to the bait. And probably bigger than you need. If fish feel resistance they will let the bait go.
How deep are you fishing that slip bobber? I’d just play around with different depths to start.
Is this photo representative of the area ypu fish?
You want to find cover; trees, brush, reeds, weeds, rocks, whatever, places those fish can hide and look for food. Remember that all that surface area is growing food so in a brushpile there is a TON of available food all the way up the food chain, even to you!
You will snag more. But you should be catching more.
You’re probably not fishing where the fish are. If you throw a chunk of worm at a panfish you’re going to get a bit. If you’re not getting a bite the fish aren’t there.
Given the fact you’re wearing gloves I’m assuming it’s cold. Start looking deeper or where ever you’re finding the warmest water. The north side of the lake will often times warm up a bit faster with more access to direct sunlight.
Fish will not eat worms until the ground thaws out
How deep is it where you are fishing? Even if it is shallow, I’d try and get the minnow at least 6 inches down from the bobber.
