Some lakes I can get them on just corn but this one by my house I have not been able to get a single carp. I can see their backs touching the surface in the mornings and know there’s a lot out there. They’ll even hang out around my bait if I cast over and reel into them but nothing wants to eat it. Does anyone have a real beginner friendly pack bait recommendation? I struggle to get the consistency I need a lot and mine comes off the hook when casting. Also pop up/ boile recommendations would be huge

Right now they are spawning. So alot wont bite. But a good packbait is the classic strawberry jello…panko breadcrumbs..and sweetcorn.
