Downsized my beach cart to a dolly—looking for rod holder ideas

Hey folks, I recently downsized my beach cart to a dolly and I’m trying to rig up a simple way to mount 2–3 rod holders on it. I’ve messed around with PVC and hose clamps, but curious what others have done.
