Are copepods/seeds shrimps actually an indicator of good water quality or is a myth?

    Good water quality? No.
But they’re an important part of a diverse microbiome.

  2. Look at it this way, if I had to choose between two bodies of water to put a fish in, I would choose the one that has copapods in it before I would choose one that seemingly has no life in it.
