So I was walking around my local lake/ pond on a double date & my girlfriend found this floating in the water & gave it to me. It seems brand new, no scratches, no discoloration, no rust, works perfectly!!! Does anybody know the brand of it?

Dude two years ago my girlfriend found the same whopper plopper at a pond we were walking around. And it was brand new lol. I’ve now found two whopper ploppers that’s a good find.
