Good day on the water today. Great early morning bite in the marsh. Saw this red cruising the grass line and it smoked my first cast of the day.

Dude…. I feel so dumb. I have for a while sat the same net in the same spot but at an offset to one side or the other. I set it down perfectly so that it doesn’t interfere with my pedals however as soon as I catch my first fish and the action starts heating up I just throw it back up there and deal with it hitting one pedal or the other and constantly getting in the way. For whatever reason I never thought about putting it straight down the middle like that. 😂😂
