Betta coccina.
Aren't they just the cutest little things out there?? All I do is sit on the floor in front of their tank and watch them interact with one another and their environment.
Excuse their pale colors and ripped fins, got them literally yesterday. There's lots of conflicting info and different experiences posted out there, so we're keeping a close eye on their interactions. Other than some mild flaring (which ends with both peacefully swimming away), there don't seem to be any problems. They often move together around the tank too, checking under leaves and such for food. And they blend in so well with their environment!
But still, remains to be seen how their personalities develop as they mature, settle and become bolder and more comfortable. 🙂
That said, anyone else here keep coccinas? What ws yoir experience? Did you keep them solitary, in pairs, or larger groups? What was the setup like? Would love to hear all about it!

I don’t own coccinas, but I must say this video is so ethereal, it fills me with inner peace. You are doing a great job keeping them 🙏❤️
