Looks like you broke the frame. You could maybe JB Weld the piece back on but that’s a structural piece that holds you’re reel to your rod so it might just be toast.

I don’t think it’s fixable, but replacing it depends on the brand, which model is Shimano or Daiwa, Abu Lewis?

I suppose you could buy a new body and transfer all the parts. But if you’re asking here the chances you reassemble it in like-new working condition is a large ask. I personally would not repair it. Replace.
