My grandpa in law passed and his wife is just now cleaning out the garage. Her and I are pretty close and she knows I like fishing. I'm beginner/intermediate and have no idea what I have here. Any insight would be great – the only rods ever ever owned are the cheap lake rods from wal mart haha
As a bonus, I am going on my first overnight deep sea trip in two weeks. Knife jogging at night for blue fin and fly line during the day. Probably need both a heavy and medium setup for that sort of day. Would any of these rods work for that, or do I need to rent?
