I picked this tank up recently and I'm a bit concerned about the stand, it's made from jarrah panels that are around 1/2" thick but it's basically a long rectangle box there is no 2×4 beams or anything supporting the top, there is a panel running front to back between on either side of the doors but it only goes about 3 inches deep into the cabinet and there is nothing at the back. This was a custom tank so I guess the stand was built by a cabinet maker but it makes me nervous.
I was playing with the idea of cutting some beams and putting them in as extra support as seen in the second photo but I'm also worried that if they're not exactly the correct size it might be putting extra pressure on one section of the glass?
