2nd one does look like custom work with the marbling. Won’t be worth anything more or less because it. Custom rode command the premium because of the custom nature between the builder and buyer. Without knowing who made it, it’s just another fishing rod.
Marbling work is nice, but the epoxy was done poorly if the photo shows as many high lows as it has in real life.
