Hi! I am pretty new in the fishkeeping game and would appreciate some feedback as I want my fish babies to live their best life.
Some info for those who are interested:
I got my beautiful betta Neptune in January and as most first time betta keepers i took the advice from the petstore and got him a bowl (he did have a heater and a filter but still, not great). So once i learned more i got him a 60L/15g tank with some black neon tetras and albino corydoras. He seemed fine at first but then started flaring and chasing the tetras a lot so i decided that was a good excuse to get another tank. Its slighty bigger than the first one i think. So now i have a 60L with my betta, 6 albino corydoras and 2 assassin snails. Another 60L with 10 neon tetras and a baby pleco (not sure what kind of pleco he is yet because he is so small but i will be moving in a few months so i plan to buy him a bigger tank when necessary).
I have live plants, both fully submerged and some with just the roots in the water. Sand for the corydoras and gravel in the tetra tank. So what do you guys think? Am i doing okay?😅 tia!

  1. While the corydoras enjoy the current, it looks a little strong for your betta, so perhaps turn it down a bit?

    Otherwise, your setup is beautiful.

I would put more plants immersed.
If you like it, I would add more tannin to the water, both the betta and the tetras will like it a lot.
