No just had some food just feed a tad less most bettas only need 3-4 pellets a day

Just looks a little bloated/constipated. You can fast him for a day and see if it goes down. It doesn’t look concerning though

No. Dropsy is when the scales start raising, usually along the front of the body first. As it progresses, the entire body can be raised. This is what dropsy looks like:

Looks a tad bit poopy inside. He’s fine, though.
