Fishfinder shut off on me this past weekend. I think some moisture must have tripped this fuse or something, as it was disconnected on both ends. Is my unit fried, or do I just need to wire in a new fuse? Don’t know much about electrical or wiring.

You can wire in any type of the automotive fuses that are the correct amperage. Some are water resistant so you might give those a look.
Install the fuse, then try the graph out to see how it’s working.
