I have only ever been fishing where someone puts the worm on my hook and when the bobber goes under it means theres a fish. But I feel like a psychopath putting a hook through a worm lol. So I found these fake worms and was wondering if I could use them the same way, or if I have to look into a different technique. Also, if you guys have any non live bait ways for me to catch fish as a beginner that you could suggest, it would be appreciated. I dont know if location matters, but I live in northern Michigan.
