The second one looks like a brook trout to me. First one is either a brook trout or a splake.

The forked tail on both lean me toward splake

These aren’t brook trout, their tails are forked too deeply.
Second one I’m pretty sure is a splake given its very Brook trout like features + tail. First one could be a splake or else I think it may be a lake trout since it’s missing the brook features and its tail appears to be even more deeply forked.
But I don’t catch these often so someone else likely has more knowledge

Looks like arctic char to me. It’s weird, I went through lots of photos online…looks like their tails are forked when juveniles and they square off as they age.
