A bald eagle circled overhead eyeing this rainbow up when it hit on the surface. I love kayak fishing in BC!

Thankfully it dove under the surface and I was able to get it to the boat. When I released a smaller one about 20 minutes after landing the one from the photo, the same eagle was right there to scoop it up.
