Completely new to kayak fishing. Want something easy to use and potentially customizable. I found this kayak on FB marketplace.
He wants $700. It looks at least 5 years old bc they have a newer model that came out in 2020. The new ones MRSP is around $1000. He does have a Garmin fishing finder that retails for around $400.

You can get a brand new one for only a couple hundred more dollars. Great boat but for that price I’d rather go brand new.
I’d rather customize my own boat. I bought a brand new crescent primo last year for 700.
You can get decent used kayaks for way less than 700.
Where you going with it, how you gonna get it there, and what are you fishing for?
First boat get and excellent paddle and an excellent pfd. You can keep those forever.
