I need opinions on a 2 piece 7 foot medium fast rod for travel, I want to pair it up with my 2500 miravel and use it for all purpose. (Mostly throw soft plastics and crank baits) all my current rods are 1 piece cause that’s all I’ve ever bought and don’t fish far from home

The rod in your picture looks like a Shimano Compre Walleye rod. I have a 2 piece Compre that is one of my favorite general purpose rods, especially for the price. I broke my first one doing something stupid and replaced it with the same model, which says something. Daiwa Tatula and Tatula XT are two other good choices. Daiwa Aird-X is also good at a lower price point.
Too many to pick from as all of mine are 2 or 3 piece. My top two would be a Daiwa Silver Creek Glass Progressive 51LB-G or Smith Troutin’Spin 74M.
