Price is Canadian btw. just bought a new spinning reel and rod this spring was gonna go for a bait caster but decided not to. I’ve seen this rod before and I’m wondering if it’s a ok rod combo to start with. I have never used a bait caster and the the only reason for me wanting one is because they look cool, you have more power from reel to fish then spinning ( atleast what I’ve heard ), and I’ve heard you can cast more accurately with them.
