Pretty stoked. I of course didn't have a scale or measuring board :-(, but I at least have evidence that I caught something good, lol.
This was the first "fat" bass that I've ever caught, too. Not sure if it was pregnant just happened to be on the chunky side. Either way…it'll live to see another day.
Caught it on a 3/8 oz Rooster Tail. I've literally never caught anything on a fancy lure. For whatever reason, the old school lures seem to work for me.
