I have been moving around boxes of my dad’s fishing supplies for decades. Are they still of value today and where should I go to evaluate. They are probably from 60’s & 70’s. I originally was going to use them in an art collage table but that’s no longer possible. I really could use money, if possible. I thought I’d be putting them on line, piece by piece but now, at my age, it seems so difficult (plus painful- sharp!) Any ideas to get started?

I am having trouble loading the photos. Sorry.
They’re trash- send them to my address to dispose of them
I’d ask 200 and let them talk me down to 175, there’s a lot of stuff in there.
I use them all the time.
There’s a lot of solid lures in there. Mepp’s, arbogast jitterbugs. Smithwick’s, Rapala’s, Acme’s. Your dad liked better quality gear.
They will all work very well. Just check that the hooks are sharp and use them.
What did Dad fish for? Pike/muskie? Salmon? Some of those spoons are classy AF. I really liked the textured minnow spoons with eyes.
If you have to sell (I know the feeling) Start high, about $250 and take the offer you’re comfortable with. Take them to a local/trusted bait-tackle shop and see what they think. If you know other anglers talk to them about them. It really is a great collection, wish I could afford to make an offer.
