Has only received their Aftco Performance Hoodie from the Daiwa Tatula/Aftco promotion?

I sent in my UPC barcodes at the beginning of May and still waiting. Does anyone know if there is a way to check on the status? I sent Daiwa an email last week and still waiting to hear back.
