I grabbed one of these Lute Lock boxes at BPS a few weeks ago and just wanted to recommend them. There is a sticky layer of silicone on the bottom that holds lures in place. I've been fishing in some pretty high heat several days a week and the sticky layer has yet to gunk my lures. Holds them down tight. I wouldn't recommend them for rooster tails, but for hard baits it's well worth the money. It's about 2/3 the thickness of a regular 3700.
