So I’ve had this kayak for maybe 7-8 years now. It’s been great and have caught a solid amount of trout with it. I originally bought it as a way to both fish and kayak with others. What would be a solid upgrade for lake fishing, ideally for just me and my dog occasionally. Peddle drives seem really nice but the extra weight and cost turn me away. I’ve been looking at the life time manta. I think I want to stay around the 10ft mark so I can easily throw it in the bed of a truck.
