Put together a surf rod after doing a partial restoration on this Sportfisher 6100, (I may paint it, but I sort of like the patina.) I set it up with 65lb braid, as well as a 9ft surf rod.

Just rub some oil onto the paint.
Like 3 in 1 or wd40 will shine and clean the paint
