New to ultra light set ups.
New to ultra light set ups. Coming from a guy who got it for some guaranteed fun- i throw obnoxiously big lures for big pike that rarely exist near me, or go on musky trips rarely🤣.
Theres these channels connected these 3 lakes i pike fish at- theres HUGE shell crackers, perch, and crappie, dink bass. Any advice on lures? I know crappie jigs, grubs, bettle spins, and rooster tails, and small swimbaits. Outside of that, is there any lure recommendations to constantly get on fish?- all for fair game, 0 livescope, hate to live bait.. but for my UP trips, if im not eating a mre/left overs, this thing is what will catch me fish and chips for shore lunch.
For the UP i need perch recommendations, and trout recommendations. I know where the perch are, i see theyre bait balls on DI. Lots of streams nearby i can catch a limit at for trout too.
For local, i need advice on Shellcrackers, and Crappie.
All lure recommendations/ rig for each species would be appreciated.
