Any picks on which might work, or is the 50 cents for size reference worth more than all the frogs? I had a yellow frog with some white/black spots 30 years ago that seemed to get hit most consistently. Looking for a new favorite I guess. DM me if you want a link to any specific ones.
$100.28 in frogs from AliExpress. 56 total. 8 days free shipping. Was going for a wide variety. 2 of each so in case one works I won't have a possible 3 week wait to replace it. There's also discounts over a certain quantity. If none work, I figure I've lost more in one hand of blackjack many times, and I wouldn't mind if I lost every one of these to big strikes.
Maybe I'll try doing a YouTube review if any turn out to be exceptional.
I anticipate some "buy American" comments, but come on… Is the American product going to hook up 4x more fish? Also, a lot of the American "designed" tackle is manufactured in China anyway. There's just a 5x markup, and these aren't "latest and greatest" designs. I wouldn't trust off-brand line from AliExpress, but willing to take a chance on these frogs, hoping they're weighted alright, or I could tweak the weight. I also do have "American" frogs. Last I bought were $12 for a 3-pack, and that was on sale.
