I’ve tried this spot many times, and have yet to get a bite. At the curve there is a weird vortex current, and I see big fish jumping at the far side of that current along with some jumping towards the far side. It’s a fairly deep river and very clear. I’ve tried dry flies, wet flies, inline spinners of all types, grubs, crank baits, etc. and still have yet to get anything.

Have you tried a worm on a hook?
Dry dropper; stimulator or terrestrial as top fly and flip a rock and match the bugs as your dropper. 3x leader with 18″ of 5x to your top fly. 1.25x the depth of the creek down to your bottom fly.
Sculpin Pattern Zig Jig
Get to the other side. Then through anything you want.
I would go down and fish the riffles below the flat.
Id be wading about 30 feet in the water and then casting, I wouldn’t cast from all the way back there as the drop off looks gradual
Could be wrong but water looks slow.
Beautiful, but slow
