Raptide Instinct Quest. Why isn’t it going fully down?
As the title says – I got Raptide Instinct Quest but it does not go all the way down. It has 72 inch long shaft but immerses to only approx. 60 inches.
Anybody knows how to fix it? Or maybe how can I get into admin settings? Thank you in advance.

Have you played with the trim settings on the remote? I don’t have a riptide, but do run an ulterra. I think the first deploy it went to some preset length. Once I set the trim to where I wanted it, it deploys to that set point now.
