I got a jetski trailer for cheap and need to modify it to hold 2 fishing kayaks. I've seen quite a few ways to do this. What is recommended for an inexpensive option? Also, should I sand this down a bit and then give it a coat of Rust-Oleum and a second clear coat? I plan on removing whatever the front piece is that helps crank in a jetski, since I don't need it. I'm new to this, so help is appreciated.
Also, ok based on NY and this has our of state plates. I assume I need to register this thing and get new plates? Thanks.
