Newbie to kayaks here. Been fishing all my life. Bought a lightly used Nirvana Duo12 and there is literally no manual I can find. So what are these half-round mounting points for? 2 in the front and two in back. Are they just places to install a captains bridge? It the equivalent of a cleat? And is this little round plug in the stern a vent in the hull, and if so why, and what should we be doing with it? Thanks for the knowledge!

They’re used to install outriggers.
