The green rope is for wrapping around your fist when you need to go toe to toe with that turtle that keeps stealing your bait. And you grab the red plastic thing in the same fist to help make your punches harder to get through the shell

Green- stringer used to keep fish waterside. You can slide the long metal stake through the bottom of the mouth behind the jaw or carefully through the gills (avoiding the string touching or damaging the gills as you’d like them to stay alive as long as possible) and thdn through the ring to lock the first fish on and then through the lip or gills for each subsequent fish. Only thing to be careful about is going through the gills with a much larger fish if the first fish is much smaller.
Red- dehooker. There are videos on how to use these for when the fish swallow the hook or take them deep in the mouth.
