Beginner question here, any tips for once I cast? Leave it? Tug it a little and reel and repeat?

If they stop biting this presentation, I have found that switching to a Texas rig on the same worm can stir up some bites ( I put it through and then skin-hook it). You can also run that setup weightless. I have also had luck adding a light bullet weight to the top of my Texas rig(leave it loose on the line) and dragging it super slow on the bottom and across structure and grass. Experiment with different colors, lighter and darker. You can also Texas rig a small craw or creature bait to switch things up. Good luck out there!
