Bimini Catch and Cook

What’s up fish fans. Took a boys trip to Bimini, went fishing along the rocks. Didn’t catch mutch but finally snagged this spiky feller. As you may no, food in Bahamas is expensive (and gross) so bingo! Free dinner, I flash froze him to kill the toxins, and served him over some good old uncle Ben’s rice. A lot of online haters say not to eat these, but typing as I chow down, it’s delicious and better than anything a Bahamas person can make. Let me know your thoughts!
