Is this line gona work for mountain lakes/streams?
Someone said get 10lbs and someone else said get 6lbs so I went for 8lbs right in the middle, I duno what do you guys think? Will be using it in the Canadian Rockies

It’ll work for most applications tbh I grew up using 8lb I caught just about everything in my town from bluegills to pike to catfish and carp just tie a good knot and adjust your drag and fight the fish instead of just reeling in like a madman
