Looks to be just at the maximum amount of line, so you’re good. That pin is to take off the side plate and access the centrifugal brakes. For beginner info on baitcasters, check out this vid: https://youtu.be/4XI23wQmxkU?si=_OtRSHe5ml44n_k5
