ok so i bought a AFW tooth proof leader #14 218lb test and now im trying to find what leader sleeve goes on it? i can’t tell if its inch or mm that they used in the example please help urgent ( 2nd pic is the wire leader my number size is 14 )

Size 4. It’s .33″, multiply that by 2 for .66″, and then find the inside diameter that matches or exceeds .66″…..
The example is inches hence the inches symbol but it would be the same woth either unit….
