I can't get up to good speed with the 10-footer but I'm looking for a easier to row when it goes fast I seen this one on the Facebook

Yes. Touring boats tend to be longer and skinnier. This lets them track through the water in a straight line more easily. Hull speed also tends to be better. The trade off with shorter, wider boats is stability. They are a bit tippier, but get comfortable with paddling it and it will feel natural and stable fairly quickly.
