At least I caught this one. I was struggling to get bites on my berkley plastic minnow after 3 hours and then these little kids came and started easily catching fish with live grubs. I think it's time for me to switch to some live bait. At least when I'm fishing to eat. They gut hooked a couple fish which I have never done with a plastic lure, and I'd only want to increase the risk of gut hooking if I'm planning to eat the fish. I don't love the idea of sticking a live insect on a hook just to kill it, but I also really want to catch a nice amount of panfish to eat.
