You could use either a jighead or a ewg hook. I like using an ewg personally, either weighted or unweighted depending on how deep I’m fishing. I use 2/0s on 3″ swimbaits, but this one is a little longer so you could also try a 3/0. I wouldn’t go bigger than that unless I’m using something larger than a 5″ bait.
