Anyone with knowledge of boats, if I put a motor on this, do you think it would be okay to use on the white river in Indy? My car cant haul a John boat so I figured this would be the next best thing, but have virtually no knowledge on boats/motors and didn’t know if it would be strong enough to take on the current of a river. Any insight appreciated!

I have a similar inflatable and have a motor on it. I wouldn’t take it anywhere with current. The thing has terrible control and any bit of wind or current is gonna be a nightmare in my opinion. It’s more meant for a calmer lake setting in my opinion. It would work perhaps but would be a lot of work.
I wouldn’t trust a used inflatable, but if you want to take a chance, just stay close to the bank. Also, 4 person means 2 “comfortable” people.
