Could the Seasir Cast X Rod be any good?

Hi everyone, im a beginner angler, I fished for my whole life without any clue on what I was using or doing, I mainly followed my what my grandpa taught me and used his old gear.
Recently I began getting more and more knowledge about fishing and wanted to build a basic and affordable setup.
My current reel is a Seasir Cast x2 wich I found pretty nice and confortable to use, my rod is nothing more than crappy with broken guides and some rust here and there, I came across the seasir Cast X rod online wich I guess could pair well with my reel, I have a very little budget since I spent most of it on a good guality tacklebox and lures wich I was missing previously, so I tought It could be a decent affordable Rod for now, since I'm still a beginner and I definitely don't need expensive stuff.

Could this be a good option? Does anyone have any experience, or knows something, about this Rod?

Im from northen Italy, I mainly fish in ponds, lakes and rivers but occasionally also in the Mediterrean Sea. My fishig spots usually don't have really huge or heavy fishes, mostly Small and medium sizes Bass, Trouts, Carps and Catfishes. Those spots have some amount of cover and vegetation but it isn't much dense.
The lures I use are light and medium chatterbaits, crankbaits, poppers, flukes, spoons and spinnerbaits.

I tried to sum up all the information I have to give to give a bigger understanding on the way I fish and my locations.
