I just bought this abu garcia max pro 3000H rod and reel combo and it didnt come with a handle. I got a double discount on it thinking it was going to be easy to replace but im having trouble finding out which one will fit.

Most reel handles off same sized reels are interchangeable. Try the cheapest one you can find for the same size reel of any make.

Bring the reel to a shop and find one that fits, then buy it.

Call Garcia customer service and have them help you. I just went through this with Shimano. I bought three different handles for my Nasci reel that were supposed to work and didn’t. I finally got the right one. It’s worth it.
