Went to an estate sale today, they had four or five tackle boxes that they wanted way too much money for, so instead I bundled this and a few other things together. Made the pitch that it was covered in this white goo and it was going to take me forever to clean.
Though technically it's true as I will still have to clean them individually, I did manage to use the heat gun and get the majority of that stuff to run off pretty quickly.
I've yet to find anyone, or any page that lets us know what the white goo is. But it's on every brand of lure everywhere once it hits a certain age
