Forgot to order a surf rod for Labor Day and did it on Wednesday and payed 25 extra for next day delivery. Hasn’t even shipped. Anyone got any idea why ? Pretty annoying considering it’s probably my last trip of the year and can’t even fish.

It’s happened to me with other things. Called the company to complain and they were just like “yeah the truck didn’t come” as if they don’t actually keep their in stock status on their website updated at all…
Still worth a shot to call and politely complain since you paid for next day.
