First one looks like a pumpkinseed to me, second one looks like one too but also has a lot more going on.

My guess for #2 would be a red breasted sunfish but I’m not sure.
Edit to clarify which fish I was discussing.

I would also guess Pumpkinseed and Redbreast. If you want a professional answer – post over at r/sunfishspecies . They always get the right identification

Photo 1 appears to be a hybrid, pretty common with the Lepomis genus. To me, it looks like a Green Sunfish X Longear hybrid.
Photo 2 is definitely a Longear sunfish.
Both Pumpkinseed and Redbreast sunfish are non native to the state or Arkansas. There are records of both, but few and far between.
