Was fishing for Bull trout…. Forgot my net at home………….
Fishing for bulltrout in the north cascades of Washington state. My buddy caught one the other day that was 27 inches. I decided instead of my salmon rod I’m gonna bring a lightweight trout rod with 6 lb test. For a more fun fight against the trout. After 20 minutes of throwing everything in my arsenal. The jig got her done. I somehow was able to fight this chinook against the current and get the jig out of her mouth without her leaving the water for a second. I wish I brought my net so I could get a better video or picture.
